Lewis Hoad

Hi I am Lewis! I’ve been a PT at PureGym for several years now and my passion for what I do has only gotten stronger. 

From first stepping foot in a gym at 18 and having 3 goes at walking into a weights room for the first time, to now having the comfort and confidence in any environment to feel at ease. That’s what I want for you, to feel at ease and happy in the gym while chasing your goals and enjoying life outside of the gym. 

I don’t believe in and all or nothing approach and I’m not your dad - so social events, meals out and a beer in the evening are all encouraged. One saying I use all the time is “the boat can rock, just don’t sink it” and you’ll get to know what that means as you work with me. I want to teach you how to incorporate the gym, a balanced lifestyle to match your current life and not change you into an Instagram routine zealot. 

I’ve worked with everyone from students to parents, working professionals and a top BJJ coach so I get that everyone’s different and with different goals. For both Online and Face-to-Face clients, you all get your own plan, programme and tailored advice to get you on track for your goals
