Lewis Knight

With a passion for fitness and exercise discovered when I injured my back and needed to rehabilitate, I have taken a self-interest and enthusiasm for developing my own fitness knowledge and ability and transferred that into working with others who want to realise their fitness and wellbeing goals.

As a Personal Trainer, it is my goal to help anyone to achieve their fitness aims with a friendly, inclusive and ‘accessible for all’ approach, giving clients confidence in their own body and abilities while supporting training with expert knowledge and understanding.

I like to keep exercise fun and ‘client led’, with an emphasis on personal development, functional movements and performance for sport, activity and for life in general.
