My career as a fitness professional has come through a combination of my passion for sport, nutrition and personal development. My strongest assets have been my enthusiasm and willingness to expand my knowledge.

I have experienced first hand the powerful change health and fitness can have in all areas of a person's life. I believe there is no greater feeling than overcoming an obstacle and accomplishing a goal that once seemed impossible.

I specialise in body transformations (fat loss, toning and muscle gain) and sports specific training. I have been lucky enough to work with elite athletes from a variety of disciplines including rugby, football, powerlifting, modern pentathlon and competitive fitness models/bodybuilders. This has led me to build a well-rounded approach to my training, taking the best bits from each area to develop my product.
