I'm a strong believer in fortitude when it comes to many aspects in life.
I've overcome my fair share of emotional and physical issues (from family to work, emotional and even physical health). These setbacks took their toll. By focusing on the positives, and what I originally wanted to achieve I was able to rise once more.
Exercising at home by doing body weight exercises and using a single kettlebell it was a start to get me back on track before rejoining the gym. With me as your Personal Trainer you'll not only have someone that is understanding but someone that will help you gain some self confidence, work out those stress issues and ultimately push you.
Fortitude. Fortitude is more than just a word, it's something we are all capable of! Whether you're just starting out, have had setbacks of your own or desire to be better?
