Healthy living is a way of life for me and I teach my clients how to make it a way of life for them also. Fitness is not a short journey for anyone and the goalposts constantly move, but I am passionate about being on that journey with my clients and helping them to reach their goals, no matter what stands in their way.
My own journey started when I decided that I wanted to compete onstage at the UK Bikini Fitness Finals before the age of 40. Having had five children, I didn’t want to continue having a ‘Mummy body’! With hard work and determination I achieved the goals I set out for myself and I made it to that stage and took second place.
My areas of specialty are wide and range from competition training to muscle building, strength training, fat loss, weight loss and training with disability.
