I want you to know I was just like you before, exercising and the gym seemed like a daunting place, and I was wandering from machine to machine, I thought what should I actually be doing here...It all changed when one day I asked a PT to help me.

I learned so much from him, especially the fact you can really enjoy exercise once you know what you actually like to do in the gym, which in turn ignited my love for fitness and inspired me to become a trainer myself.

I have been a certified trainer since 2012 and when I am not on the gym floor working with clients or doing my own workout, I am immersed in the most recent up to date information on nutrition, exercise, motivation and how to live a healthy active lifestyle so I can best help you sift through all the overwhelming information that's out there.

I guarantee you can always expect to receive my first class, personalised service - nothing less.
