Lois Banks

I’ve had a passion for fitness since I was 16, before then I was always the ‘chubbier’ girl at school who avoided going to P.E lessons at all costs. My fitness journey has transformed dramatically since I first started out, from using unhealthy extremes to get skinny to learning more about nutrition and weight lifting. Fitness has completely changed my life and my mind-set, and I want to help transform your lives for the better too!

Being a PT means more to me than just ‘training’ clients, I’m excited to be a part of your journey and to help you develop yourself physically and mentally.
