Getting in shape and achieving your fitness and health goals, shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy that will be experienced will far exceed the discomfort.

During my time as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, as well as a dance and Zumba instructor I have had the pleasure of helping my clients reach their own goals. I believe that success can be experienced by getting you excited about fitness and at the same time setting challenging yet attainable goals.

I offer training that is designed specifically for your needs and goals, for any fitness ability – from absolute beginners to experienced. Member of the Register of Exercise Professionals and a Level 3 Personal Trainer, I am here to provide professional advice and to kick-start your journey in adopting your optimal and ultimate lifestyle.
