I have been training in different sports since age six, and have been lifting weights for five years now.
I normally train with a power-bodybuilding programme but I like to incorporate different forms of cardio into my training like rowing, sprinting, interval training and circuits.
What I like most about being a PT is the relationship I build with my clients and seeing how they can change physically and the mental boost that it can give them!
