I have been there!! From a young age I developed an unrealistic expectation of what I wanted my body to look like, forming unhealthy habits trying to reach these extreme goals.
Realising my relationship with food and exercise was not healthy, I looked for ways to help my road to recovery to try and shift my view on how I wanted my body to look…from spending hours on end running on the treadmill to an incorporation of weight training and a complete diet change I made my way on the road to recovery.
I taught myself how to fuel my body correctly and train to create the physique I wished for. Through trial and error I am here now a qualified PT who has learnt from her mistakes and guides others to achieving their goals mentally and physically. My role is to make sure what was my inconsistent and uncertain journey of my own, a positive and successful one for yourself.
I am a strong believer that nothing comes from being in our comfort zones. I am here to help you see the gym as a place to smash your goals and be able to make you feel strong and confident along the way. Whether you have little to no experience or just unsure about how to achieve your specific goal, I am here to help.
