My training journey has been an interesting one. After quitting swimming two years ago, I felt lost. I stepped into the gym for the first time without a coach’s programme to follow, people to go with, or any idea where to start. I was a ‘cardio bunny’, a slave to the Instagrammer workout, and scared of the weights section. Sound familiar?
Finally, I found my groove. I wanted to feel fit. I wanted to feel strong. I wanted to feel proud of what my body could do, not just what it looked like. I learned how to train and I learned to love it.
Now I want to help you too. If you’re prepared to put in the work, there’s no reason why you can’t achieve your training goals. It doesn’t have to be complicated. Let’s help you to become the best version of yourself, whatever that means for you.
