Most importantly, I will also provide the motivation and encouragement you need to keep you on track during and outside of our training sessions. I am Pre and Post-Natal qualified and have trained many of my clients throughout pregnancy and through the other side! I have a wide range of experience in this area and am familiar with the post-natal battle to regain the pre-mummy tummy – whilst keeping my clients exercising safely and regaining their pre-natal fitness and strength.
