I am a personal trainer here at PureGym and have been passionate about the gym for over 6 years now. At the beginning of my fitness journey, I did mainly cardio workouts as I lacked the confidence and knowledge to lift weights. Once I made the transition to weight training, I transformed my physique and mindset.
Weight training provides me with an escape from everyday life as well as a focus. I am always working towards new goals and pushing myself to try new things in the gym. I would love to assist you as your Personal Trainer to help you gain both the physical and mental benefits from exercise too.
