I'm Marcus, a fully qualified level 3 Personal Trainer. I have a background in strength and conditioning due to designing programmes to enhance physical attributes and motor skills whilst working for 3/4 years within youth football.
I have a diploma in Nutrition and Advanced Nutrition so I'm able to give nutritional advice to complement a healthy lifestyle or one which is geared towards sporting performance.
I've embarked on this role as I'm generally an avid sportsman. From basketball to football I've tried my hand at it and enjoyed it.
I ride frequently and am currently training for the London to Brighton ride. It's my dream to one day complete the London Marathon.
