With 20 years of coaching and having competed competitively in lifting, mixed martial arts and wrestling, I have a great understanding of the entire muscular system and also recovery from injury of any sports or lifting. 

To achieve our set goals we will be using all the equipment available in the gym including boxing bag and martial art equipment.
