I will focus not just on your physical health but your mental and emotional wellbeing also. I will give you strategies on how to manage your mind so that you make correct lifestyle choices which will lead to constant progress.

I have worked in the fitness and health industry full and part-time for over a decade, this has given me a wealth of experience that will help you to achieve your goal.

Having battled with obesity in my late teens I have succeeded in losing over ten stones and kept the weight off for many years. This has equipped me with the tools and understanding to share with you how to lose weight and keep it off.
