Hi Guy’s,

I’m Mark Seabourne and I’m a personal Trainer here at Pure Gym.

I’m a friendly, approachable and extremely passionate personal trainer who’s serious about helping you reach your fitness goals; whether that being to reduce body fat, improve body composition or even gain muscle and strength.

I believe hard work and consistency is key and with my knowledge and skills I can tailor a programme to your needs as well as providing nutritional advice to boost your progress towards your goals.

Personal Training sessions with me are fun as I like to make a client feel comfortable and enjoy the session as much as possible. Come and find me around the gym, I’ll be happy to give you any advice .

Working hours:

Monday – Friday 9am- 8pm

Saturday – 9am -1pm
