I am no stranger to challenging workouts having experience training people to do extreme challenges and competitions. I have experienced this from the age of seven competing in Taekwondo competitions internationally becoming three-time British champion, coming 2nd in world championships and many more.
I have been into sport my whole life and have tried pretty much every sport there is. I studied Sport Performance at Exeter college and then went on to complete my level 2 fitness coaching and level 3 Personal Training.
My job is to push you to limits you never thought you could reach. Whilst developing your confidence in and out of the gym, overall health and wellbeing.
