From a young age I have always been into sport and fitness. Specifically, competing at a very high level in the sport of basketball in my homeland of the Czech Republic. My love for fitness then transferred over to the gym environment where I enjoy the weight based side of exercise alongside cardiovascular training.
Since I started my fitness journey, I have noticed an incredible change in my appearance, health, fitness and confidence. My passion for all aspects of fitness are what I believe I can transfer over to each and every client.
