I completed my Level 3 qualification in January 2017, and since then I have been working with my own clients to help them get fitter and healthier.
The clients that I work with have helped me gain experience dealing with a variety of people and their fitness goals and I've had great feedback from them all.
I played basketball for three years, then went on to study karate, kickboxing and now boxing. The last few years I have taken my weight training seriously. I believe that there is no finish line, and I will continually strive to get the best out of myself through different ways of training.
I am passionate about keeping fit and leading a fun, healthy lifestyle through fitness and a healthy diet.
I thoroughly enjoy my new career, and I use my previous teaching experience to help build effective training sessions for each of my clients. I believe in a positive, considerate and professional approach to all clients, and respect the fact that everyone has their own journeys to take on!
I am a friendly, polite and courteous person, who truly believes in helping others in as many ways as possible, not only in the gym but personally. Some people need more personal motivation than others and someone to rely on, I pride myself on being an honest, reliable and trustworthy trainer.
