Hi guys, I'm Matt(y). 

 

My role and my mission is to teach you why you're doing something and how to perform it, whilst assisting you to strive towards achieving your goal(s). Offering you tailor-made guidance. 

 

Our focus may be on fat loss, building muscle, gaining strength and confidence, learning effective routines or improving athletic performance. The choices are down to your preference. 

 

Being taught how and why empowers you to become your own coach, which benefits you for life. 

 

We want you to understand the process so that you have the tools to commit to habits that enable you to progress towards evolving goals. 

 

You'll learn good form and subtle differences in technique, while being exposed to some more unique and enhanced methods and exercises. 

 

The process will involve free weights, resistance machines, body weight exercises and more. I believe you have the stamina to make that positive change. If you see me around, come and say hi.
