Deciding to train with a personal trainer is the start of a journey. A journey to improve yourself, to get to the place you want to be.
My journey began in 2011 when I went to Staffordshire University to study sports science. During this time I discovered that what I enjoyed most about sport was coaching, helping other people to become the best they can be, and helping them reach their goals.
This is why I became a personal trainer.
Any journey is challenging at the start, but with the right focus, the right goals and the right people alongside you then the journey can be fun as well as fulfilling.
