From my own training and the four years’ experience I have gained in this industry I have tested every training style out, so I understand what is best for you. My sessions usually consist of a weights element and a mix of HIIT exercises. My training ethos is quick high intensity sessions centred around full-body functional exercises. My varied training style and energetic sessions will give you the motivation you need to achieve the goals you never thought you could.
My goal as a trainer is not only to improve your performance in the gym but to expand your knowledge on training methods and exercises you will be able to perform outside of our sessions.
If you are an athlete, training for an event I am the trainer for you. I am currently at UCLAN where I am studying Strength and Conditioning, from this I have had the opportunity to train and improve athletes from footballers to rock climbers.
