Hi, I specialise in helping ladies of all ages, shapes and sizes to reach their goals and dreams. Be that focusing on weight loss, muscle gain, toning up, increasing fitness levels, competing in a sporting event or becoming more confident in their own body. 

Training is completely personalised and goal orientated, allowing you to focus on whatever you want to achieve. We will always mix things up and introduce you to new exercises and different ways of training. I will help you learn the specifics and understand why we’re doing what we’re doing. 

Having a background in kickboxing and athletics coaching I have always loved to train people and help them get where they want to be. I will push you hard in your PT session and help you as much as possible to achieve your goals. And without a doubt we will always have a laugh in our sessions!
