After graduating with an Honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Abertay University, I followed my passion for fitness and became a Personal Trainer.
My goal is to help you achieve more confidence and lead a healthier lifestyle. I want my clients to reach their goals whilst also gaining knowledge of how exercise and nutrition is important. I always keep up to date with the latest research, so I can provide the best sessions for you.
I offer a free introductory consultation which will help me find out your goals and any history which will allow me to devise a programme, giving you the confidence to execute workouts alone.
