I am a Personal Trainer based in London. My specialist areas include body sculpting/toning, and information in regards to nutrition for body fat loss and muscle gain. My expertise is based on my personal journey of eight years where I went from being a hopeless sufferer to anorexia to being a competitive professional fitness model.
My motto in regards to training is pretty simple, in order to achieve anything in relation to an individual’s physical goals, it is essential to achieve it in your mind first of all.
Being a fitness enthusiast myself, I highly appreciate any effort made by individuals to achieve their goals. I realise the hardship of the initial steps made towards being a fitter version of yourself and am completely able to support anybody that wishes to make this change.
