I started my interest in Fitness and Nutrition back in 2017 when I began my own personal weight-loss journey. At 17 years old, I was very obese, weighing in at 109 KG (17 stone) and over the course of a year I lost 38 KG! (6 stone).
I have a strong passion for health and fitness, and my goal is to motivate and help those who are wanting to change their lives for the better.
