Michal Megiel

My priority as a trainer is to change the lifestyle and the mindset of a person, as well as my own. I have been bodybuilding for five years and I know the importance of feeling good is a physical and mental process.

A workout should be a combination of small steps/changes that can be achieved in each workout and by remembering that healthy eating and physical activity can be a cure.

All my life I have been associated with sport that is, has been and will remain a passion in my life.

If you are interested in bodybuilding and/or competing, then I would love to share my experience and knowledge in helping you become a winner.
