I fell in love with sports and weightlifting from a young age. From the first day, I couldn't get enough of training and wanted to pursue this further as a career. Before this happened, I actually developed a love for cooking as a sous chef, which quickly became my passion. I've been a chef for over eight years now and have learned a lot about healthy eating and nutrition. Now I'm combining the two things that I love to do, training and cooking.
How will you find working with me? I can tell you that I am a person full of energy, and I know how to spread this energy to others. Combined with my enthusiasm, the latter allows me to motivate you while also helping you build confidence in and out of the gym.
I live life to the fullest, however seeing others improve every day is what I love above all else. Nothing feels more fulfilling than using my knowledge to help people achieve their goals, to see their transformation, and their satisfaction.
