Hi I'm Michelle, 

I have been a Personal Trainer here at Pure Gym Oldham for 6 years and work with females looking to lose weight, tone up and who are looking to learn how to use the gym equipment safely and effectively.

I first got into fitness in my mid 20s due to an accident at work where I dislocated my knee due to being overweight. During my time working with a physio I found an interest in fitness and nutrition then embarked on a career helping others overcome similar issues.
