I bring something completely different to the world of personal training. I am a more mature person who has experienced the need to change my lifestyle. Although a newly qualified gym instructor, personal trainer and spin instructor I have been going to the gym regularly for over 12 years.
At the time I was extremely overweight, unfit with high blood pressure. Over the over couple of years I managed to lose 5 stone and got off my medication for my blood pressure.
I retired 3 years ago and increased my training in the gym to 7 days a week, my fitness level is the best it's ever been.
