Hey, I’m Molly! I’m a Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher and a Pregnancy/Postnatal Yoga Specialist. I’ve been working in the fitness industry for over 5 years now and I’m ready to help you achieve your goals!

With me as your coach we’ll look into how your current lifestyle is working for you, and also how it isn’t. We look at everything, from step count to sleep, water intake and even breathing techniques. We’ll start by making some simple swaps, and I’ll build your bespoke training programme and meal plan. By working closely with me, you’ll be living a healthier and happier lifestyle. One that you can always enjoy, easily maintain and adapt to fit your future self.
