I have been actively involved in fitness and healthy living all my life and have a real passion for motivating others. I specialise in body transformation and toning - building muscle and dropping body fat. If we look better, we feel better, but it can be a real struggle to know where to start or how to keep motivated – that is where Nadia Nics Personal Training comes in.
My aim is to support you in becoming more fit and healthy, whilst helping you to feel more body confident. I specialise in body transformation and understand that we all have our own likes and dislikes when it comes to exercise, which is why each programme is tailored to what works for you.
Not only will I help you to achieve your goals, I also offer full support and a down to earth approach, whilst striving to get you sustainable results. The support I offer is a reflection of my two year level 4 qualification in Counselling in the person centred approach. Achieving your goals is as much mental as it is physical.
The Personal Training service offers block packages to both males and females which includes 1-1 Personal Training, weekly adjustable training programmes, nutritional advice and information, fitness testing, unlimited support via phone and online, food diary analysis, and progress tracking.
