I have joined the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer later in life and as such truly understand the importance that we only have one body and need it to last the rest of our lives!
As a Mum of two, I know the juggling act and challenges parents face in everyday life and just how tough it can be to fit it all in!
Sport has always been a passion of mine for the plethora of benefits it brings naming just a few from a healthy body and healthy mind to friendships and competition. However, I am also fascinated by the power of the mind and its amazing untapped potential.
