I've had many setbacks throughout my life before that have hindered me taking part in exercise. It hasn't been an easy road but I found it in me to get up, go to the gym and get back on my feet. I made it my mission to become fitter than I've ever been before, even being over the age of 30 and I can help you do the same.

Having gone through my own weight loss journey, I have the knowledge and experience to help guide you through yours. We will work together, creating realistic and achievable goals to make those positive changes to your lifestyle a reality. I provide one to one training sessions, group sessions and also programmes specific to you and your goal, giving you the tools to take control of your fitness journey!
