Neil Martin

Hi I’m Neil, “my coaching philosophy” Is about helping people find fulfilment and enjoyment in their personal journey, while providing education through the process. We’re all individuals so should all be treated uniquely, to reach our full potential.  

I’ve spent the last few years in higher education studying health and fitness, plus completing internships to enhance my abilities and knowledge as a coach. My personal coaching skills and experience cover One-to-One PT, Buddy-Buddy PT, Bootcamps, Circuits. Personal career experience former army commando/tactical athlete, industry and academic qualifications.
