Neil Pigram

I take my own physical fitness very seriously; I have done my whole life through several sports and activities. My most notable achievements have been AJA National Judo Champion and proudly competing for England in athletics.

Each of us has an individual fitness journey, whether you’re looking to enhance your cardiovascular or muscular endurance, or both; wanting to lose weight or find definition and tone all will improve your physical and mental health, and I’m here to help you achieve these fitness goals and help you along the road to a healthier life that doesn’t leave you feeling fatigued or uncomfortable but leaves you in a state of well-being.

The science between sport and exercise nutrition has evolved over the years and the knowledge of how nutrition influences exercise and sports performance has grown enormously. I have seen first-hand the significance of a well-balanced diet and how it supports any training program in helping individuals reach their goals. Learning how to fuel your body and training will mean you can train harder and recover quicker, preventing illness and even injury.

I’m here to help you make positive changes in your physical and metal well-being with the focus to make you feel better about yourself and discover the power of fitness!
