I pride myself on doing whatever necessary to help my clients make progress, and I will support you both in and out of the gym to make that happen.
Initially, we will discuss and define your transformation targets. We will then start our journey toward those with steady supervising of resistance-based training, effective dietary protocols, progress tracking, and lifestyle accountability within a compact time frame.
Training: I will provide you with a strong foundation by working on the basics. From there, we’ll progress and redefine your limitations. With my experience and expertise on the gym floor, we’ll take your training to the next level!
Nutrition: We’ll set up a new dietary programme that fits your lifestyle, supports your fitness goals and improves your health. We’ll be tracking this daily, weekly and fortnightly to ensure that A) you’re sticking to it and B) you’re getting the most out of the plan.
Lifestyle: I will educate and guide you on everyday decision-making that helps to support you during your transformation. It will be difficult and requires a concerted effort, so I will be there every step of the way.
