I began my journey into the world of sports when I was a child!
I have always loved the fitness, in fact, I did a lot of sports in my life and then I decided to improve my fitness and sports knowledge by studying a degree in sport science and become personal trainer and athletic trainer!
I’m a personal trainer specialising in functional, TRX training, free body weight, sport specific, strength and conditioning, fat and weight loss, calisthenics and stretching!
I strongly believe in the power of fitness to change your lifestyle and mental focus!
