In 2014, I lost my mum to cancer and it changed my perspective on life. I was unfit, unhealthy, and unhappy so I began to educate myself on exercise and nutrition. I started to value the importance of living a healthier lifestyle and the physical and mental health benefits were amazing.
I ran my first charity 10k in honor of my mum and even though it was hard, I never looked back! I became a personal trainer in 2015 because it's such a wonderful way to help others learn too.
I enjoy helping people learn more about weight training techniques and form and get great satisfaction watching people develop in strength, fitness, and confidence.
I am qualified in Level 3 GP referral and Level 4 Obesity, diabetes & weight management. This allows me to better support people with medical conditions such as hypotension, high cholesterol, arthritis, and Type 1&2 diabetes.
