My name is Octave kalonji OX;
I am a level 3 qualified PT, a novice level boxer, recreational kick boxer and I have many years’ experience as a body builder and fitness fanatic where I’ve gained a lot of knowledge in biomechanics, injury prevention, strength & endurance training and most importantly I’ve gained an understanding of how to successfully achieve health and fitness goals.
I live life to its fullest and I love to spread that energy to my classes and my clients. I bring excitement, energy and ambience into fitness - ensuring that you not only reach your goals, but you enjoy the process as well.
I understand the stresses of everyday life (coming from doing a job I hated for years) and I understand the last thing you want when you walk through that door is to feel that same energy. I bring a lot of vibrant energy to the gym to help uplift and bring enjoyment into your time here at the gym.
