Oliver Warn

I specialise in biomechanics, enhancing structural integrity and core strength which are the foundations to every functional movement. Good aligned posture and a strong core help eliminate pain such as lower back pain, knee, hip or shoulder pain.

The training methodology I use was created by Functional Patterns, the training system focuses on human biomechanics, targeting the gait cycle and movements that respect your biological characteristics, such as walking, running and throwing.

I have helped my clients over the past six years correct their posture dysfunctions and move better, pain-free. I have corrected:
