From a young age I was always interested in sport and fitness, playing football and participating in martial arts.
As I started to take these sports more seriously I became interested in the way I could make myself stronger, faster and healthier to increase my performance.
This is how I found the world of Strength and Conditioning which eventually led me to complete a degree in Sports & Exercise Science.
This has given me a depth of knowledge and experience working in London alongside various sports teams and everyday people.
I can provide personalised training programmes along with nutritional guidance in order to help you achieve your health and fitness goals, whether that be building muscle, losing body fat or just generally becoming a fitter, happier more confident version of yourself.
