Hello there! I'm Ollie, a certified personal trainer with over 4 years of experience. My primary focus is helping individuals achieve their fitness objectives and enhance their overall wellbeing. I firmly believe in sustainable and time efficient approaches to fitness, promoting long-term health and overall wellbeing rather than quick fixes or extreme measures. Having worked in places like London I know not everyone has a lot of time to set aside for themselves and their goals.

 

I guess for me, fitness started at the age of 16. I was extremely skinny before this and never had a strong background in sports/fitness until I was introduced to it, and it truly transformed me for the better. I started to notice that I wasn't the skinny, small Ollie in the group anymore. Feeling more confident, it made me think differently and have a different outlook on life. My drive and ambition changed and improved. Ultimately, this is why I'm doing the job today—to help others feel and look the same way.

 

My areas of expertise would be mobility, flexibility, and strength. After all, as the saying goes, "You can't build a great building on a weak foundation" - the same is true for your body.
