I work with both Males and Females, between 25-45 who struggle to make time for themselves, are new to exercise or are wanting to get back to their fitness goals and are ready to commit to make a change. We will work on your journey together, at your own pace, and I will be there to coach you every step of the way.
I specialise in a range of relaxation and mindfulness techniques, lifestyle change coaching and have six years’ experience in the Military.
