Hi, I'm Patrick and I've been a Personal Trainer for the past five years.
I began working in the fitness industry as a manager at a small leisure centre and gradually progressed to an active role within the gym itself. I have always enjoyed not only training myself but helping others to utilise their time effectively and constructively towards an end goal. I see myself very much as an educator, helping people to not only achieve the things they want to but to understand how it is they have done it and therefore providing them with all the tools they need to move forward training independently.
My main focus recently has been on both athletic performance and rehabilitation, using posture, movement and technical know-how to allow people to do things they may not have thought possible before they started training.
Most importantly I like my clients to have fun whilst training, feeling supported and safe in the knowledge that together we will find a way to get them where they want to be.
