Paul Graham
I once weighed 210lbs. That is 95kg or 15 stone. Can you believe that? Yes, I was overweight.
For me, my journey into the fitness industry and eventually becoming a Personal Trainer is a weird one, to be honest with you. It all started back in 2014. You might think it a sad story at first, as I did end up being a victim of adultery and becoming very depressed and overweight; just under 15 stone at my heaviest.
This negative experience was the fuelling point of my weight loss journey. With every pound I lost, my passion for working out grew which, after finishing University studying Psychology and Counselling, made me change my career path to Personal Training.
I have worked with both male and female clients with a wide range of goals from building strength, to losing weight, to improving aerobically, or just general fitness and feeling healthier overall. Personally, for me I have always wanted a job where I can help someone and now being a Personal Trainer I have the opportunity to do that; so let’s achieve our goals together!
