Chances are, if you are in the gym, or reading this, you have either started or are getting ready to write a new story. I'd really like to get involved. Having been on my own personal fitness journey, I understand it can be daunting, but trust me when I say that you have nothing to worry about. I train people of all ages and abilities, to help them get their desired results, but specialise in working with white collar men aged 30-55.
I have been there myself and understand the difficulties of pursuing your goals, whilst juggling a fast-paced and somewhat stressful career. If like me, you want to get back to your former years of feeling young, fit and energetic, you will be in capable, supportive hands, every step of the way.
