Fitness has been a big part of my life and on some occasions certainly saved it, whether i was soldiering or keeping the local hospital staff busy!
Being part of the Royal Army Physical Training School and a keen martial artist it has always been crucial for me to maintain my fitness, mobility, flexibility and mind set.
As a former competitive athlete, with over two decades of experience at an elite level as professional trainer and coach within the sport of MMA, my passion to guide individuals towards a healthier lifestyle began with education, learning the theory, methodology and applying it to the principles of practice.
With over two decades of education, knowledge and first hand experience; i have the qualities and abilities to apply a hybrid fitness approach that combines traditional and non-traditional fitness equipment and methodologies to your workouts to keep them, fresh, fun and effective while improving your technique, while enhancing your skill matrix, physical development and mind set.
