As an active individual, I'm always striving to improve and better myself, driven by results and hating the idea of failure.

Becoming a PT has allowed me to filter on my knowledge for those wanting to lose weight and improve body composition with a lack of time on their hands.

Don’t let age be the barrier either. I’m in my 40s with two young kids. I understand the struggles of juggling family life and work whilst trying to stay motivated. I constantly support clients who previously were the ‘I don’t have time for myself’ type.’

I want you to become more educated, motivated and accountable to yourself to be able to go off and have the confidence to do this whole fitness thing on your own.
